Starting with an initial evaluation will give you tools needed to be successful in your wellness journey for the long haul!

We will start by getting to know more about one another and dig into what has changed recently that has you thinking of starting an exercise regimen.
Then we will do measurements and photos to give you a visual of your beginning point. From there we will run through a short assessment of range of motion, endurance, and strength in order to recommend the best classes for you to take and to create a plan to follow that will ease you into the new lifestyle you are creating!

Cancellation or change**
**By authorizing debit payment from my account or credit card, I agree to purchase the DeLuxe Membership or Luxe Month to Month Membership as an automatic charge to my credit card or check card each month until I provide a 30-day notice to Luxe Fitness of my intent to cancel. I acknowledge that a 30-day notice must be received in writing via email to info@luxefitnessstudio.com prior to contract expiration date. For example if my payment date is March 15th, notice needs to be received by February 14th of intent to cancel or monthly charge will be processed on March 15th.
